How to cut: Apply fusible web to the back of your fabric first. For rainbow arches, cut and fuse a 7½” x 4½” rectangle; place on the blade and cut. One yard of fabric yields 32 rainbow arch sets. For clouds, use a 4½” x 3⅜” rectangle; one yard yields 88 clouds.
